About Me
Welcome to my milk free blog! I am a stay at home mom to my four beautiful dogs and wife to my most excellent hubby. I was diagnosed with a milk allergy at fourteen so I have had almost sixteen years to learn about living a dairy free life. Living a dairy free life is not always easy, for the one with the dairy allergy or for those who live with them and love milk products!
