Talking myself into getting on the treadmill

Published by realityrain at 7:29 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Do you ever have a night where you spent most of it in this weird waking dream? I’m exhausted. I feel as if I was actually active in my dreams, not to mention that I also feel like I was awake all night. I have no idea what that was about, unless it was the soda and the glass of iced tea I had yesterday, too much caffeine you know? Which does not make any sense as I had only lowered my caffeine intake two days prior so would it really have affected me that much? I dunno!

Being so sleepy has really affected how I feel about my dairy free diet. I’m dragging so much that I have no desire to get on the treadmill. I know I don’t have to, yet I have been doing so good I hate to break the habit and at the same time . . . ugh. I did have a really great dinner that involved a large amount of veggies so I feel really good about that! I have to keep reminding myself that I do not have to do everything in one day, one week or even one month!

I think dieting can do that to you. I have tried SOOOOOOOOOOOO many diets…no carb, low carb, no dairy, all dairy, green tea, slim fast…it all makes me feel BLAH. I have a Tony Little Gazelle and I can’t even look at it. I put an add on Craigslist to see if someone wants to trad for a treadmill. LOL!
But do it slow, dieting fast and gettng fast results often leads to snapback weight gain…you should be very proud of yourself to even try because dieting is NOT easy!

Thanks for the support! I actually lost a bunch of weight a year and a half ago then quit smoking (go me!) and gained it all back and more so it is time to get it off for good!

I usually see an increase in how tired I am after I start hitting it hard with my food choices and consistent exercise. Eventually though I start to gain more energy!! That is pretty much what keeps me going, that and actually losing weight :)
