What is your favorite dairy free Thanksgiving dish?
I’ve been thinking about my dairy free Thanksgiving this week since I like to shop early so that I do not have the entire meal to buy the week before. Since we’re in the new house with the new refrigerator that is ten times to small, I am not able to buy the turkey yet and it will have to be the last item I purchase. Thanksgiving will only be the hubby and I this year. We do not usually go to our parents because we enjoy the mini vacation before all the Christmas travels.
You would think I would pare it down then but I think I’m going to cook up the whole kit ‘n’ caboodle. Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, yeast rolls and a pumpkin pie. I need to start a list and think this all through so that I can make several of the dishes ahead of time. I have already bought frozen yeast rolls because I don’t want to take the time to make them and I’ve bought some of the items for the dressing. This has to be my favorite holiday so be sure to check out my recipes in the next few weeks for a dairy free Thanksgiving!
