We had two friends tell us they will not be attending Thanksgiving at our house this week and we are still not sure about two others. If those two don’t come then it will just be me and the hubby by ourselves! Don’t worry, even if its just the two of us I will still make enough for ten people. I love leftovers so don’t be surprised to see a big post on here after the holiday all about how happy I am to be eating leftovers. I almost love them more than eating all that food the first time. Almost.

I do hope they let us know soon since I have to go shopping this weekend and have to get started on my list before I go too. Usually, I’m excited about making my list but I’ve been working overtime lately on some writing projects and have been too tired to put in all that thinking. I’m cutting back on my writing in the next week though and should have the house cleaned this weekend and Wednesday to cook up a lot of the food, leaving me mostly the turkey and reheating on Thursday.
