Dairy Free Living

One of the items to look out for when it comes to foods you wouldn’t normally think of having dairy in them are chicken and beef buoillion. I was very surprised when I read the ingredients because I’m not sure I would have ever thought about buoillion having dairy in it but that also just goes to show how you should always check the ingredients.

Often, I make my own chicken broth and freeze it in ice cube trays but sometimes I buy it in the box. Swanson is my favorite brand of boxed chicken broth. This box is all natural and doesn’t have any MSGs in it and that is very important to me. While MSG can make for some kick butt food it also makes me slightly nauseated sometimes so I prefer not to have it in the products I purchase.

Swanson chicken broth can be used as a base for many meals but it is also a great way to flavor many dishes.
