Dairy Free Recipe: Tuna Noodle Casserole (but with Salmon)
So today I got this craving for dairy free tuna noodle casserole and decided to make myself up a batch for lunch. As I searched through my cabinets for the ingredients I realized I was out of tuna but I did find a package of salmon that I used instead with the same affect! In my excitement though, I forgot to take a picture but here’s the recipe!
Dairy Free Recipe: Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 large can of tuna (or package of salmon!)
4 cups of noodles cooked and drained
1 cup dairy free margarine
4 cubes of frozen chicken broth
1 can of creamed corn
2 slices of dairy free cheddar cheese
I mixed all this together and cook on low so that it all melts together then I spread it in a baking casserole dish. I topped it with bread crumbs and cooked it for twenty minutes at 350 degrees. Mmmm! Dairy free tuna noodle casserole!
