30 Days and Nights
Hopefully, I will last 30 Days and Nights! I have decided to put myself on somewhat of a cleanse. Somewhat because I’m picking and choosing what I can deal with at this time. So, for thirty days, here’s my plan.
I am not going to drink any alcohol for 30 days. This is big for me. No whiskey and cokes, no glass of wine with dinner. It has been a long time since I went an entire month without at least a glass of wine so this will probably be the most beneficial to me.
I have also decided not to eat out for 30 days. This may not be too bad, and will probably be harder on the hubby than me, even if he still gets to eat out for lunches but that means he won’t get to eat out dinners or on weekends either, though living without breakfast at Waffle House on Saturdays and Sundays will be hard for both of us.
I am going to try to cut back on my gluten intake some but I am not going to concentrate on this aspect. I am going to try to eat whole grain breads and brown rice instead of white flour products.
I am going to quit soda again next Monday so that I have time to adjust to the other rules I’m laying on myself, and I am going to cut back on refined sugar as much as possible.
I have a full freezer and fridge right now so I will let you all know what dairy free recipes I am using to keep myself fed and satisfied in the next month and how well I stick to this plan!
