Dairy Free Living

I know this blog has seemed a little down this week and I apologize.  It will get better.  I leave today for my Grandmother’s funeral.  I cannot seem to come up with anything to write about related to having a milk allergy.  I will be going up for the visitation tonight with my mom then the funeral in the morning and coming back with my husband tomorrow.  We then start our first vacation in two years so that should be a lot of fun!  We’re not going anywhere and for once it has nothing to do with gas prices or cash in general.  We have just been going so much since before last Christmas that we just want to stay home and not have to go anywhere!  The hubby and I are going to have our best couple friends over for the fourth of July (or go to their house depending on if they can get a babysitter or not)  then we have until next Wednesday to do what we want!  I believe the plans are to hook up the pool (I know, we’re late) clean up the garage, put rock on the driveway, work in the garden . . . and anything else we can come up with!  I just hope we can eat at home, something we have trouble doing on the weekends and this is just going to be a long weekend!
